Brunei Aquatics is fully aligned with the World Anti-Doping Code and the Brunei Darussalam Anti-Doping Committee (BDADC).
On 27 November 2021, Brunei Aquatics formally adopted anti-doping measures, recognising the Brunei Darussalam Anti-Doping Committee (BDADC) as the designated National Anti-Doping Organisation responsible for all doping-related matters.

Athletes in the Registered Testing Pool (RTP) must keep accurate, current information in ADAMS (Anti-Doping Administration & Management System).
Testing may occur at residences, training facilities, or competition venues โ conducted by accredited Doping Control Officers.
Any combination of three Missed Tests or Filing Failures within 12 months constitutes a rule violation. Sanctions range from one to two years.
Medication must be declared within two weeks before sample provision. When in doubt, check the WADA Prohibited List.
Departing RTP/DTP athletes must complete the ADS Athlete Retirement Notification Form.
Returning athletes must notify BDADC and their National Sports Association at least six months before competing.
