About the AGM
Held biennially with public notice
Brunei Aquatics holds an Annual General Meeting every two years, with at least one month's prior notice published in the Borneo Bulletin.
The AGM is the highest decision-making forum of the association, where members:
- Review and validate the financial accounts and reports from the previous year
- Vote on executive committee office bearers as needed
- Select the annual auditor
- Deliberate on proposed resolutions with prior notice
- Address additional business matters
